PROSPECT PINE custom makes and dyes all garments to order. PROSPECT PINE is a hands-on micro-operation that strives to produce and deliver only the best. As is the nature of custom and hand dyed goods, each piece will vary slightly in patterning and finish from the products pictured. Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been enacted, we will not accept any cancellations of the purchase.
JEANS — Please allow (6) weeks for each pair of custom-fit, premium, denim jeans to be made.
TOPS — Sweatshirts and t-shirts may take up to (2) weeks to be made and hand-dyed.
As soon as your order has been made, we will ship it out as quickly as possible via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
Domestic shipping is $20 for all orders. All domestic orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
We ship packages out Tuesday through Saturday. Please allow at least one week for your package to arrive.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Rush shipping rates vary depending on location and timeline.
If you live in LA, free pickup in DTLA can be arranged.
International shipping is not available at this time.
PLEASE NOTE — We will send you tracking information as soon as it's available to us. All shipping times are estimates. Our carrier might be facing some delays at this time, but we will gladly follow up about any late packages. If you do not receive a package after 10 days of your estimated delivery, please notify orders@prospectpine.com.

Please examine your order carefully when it arrives. If there is a defect in the garment(s) you ordered or if we sent you a size you did not purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds and exchanges are not available.
